After this Boston couple visited Banff, they just knew they had found the perfect choice for their destination wedding at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in AB. being such big lovers of the outdoors & the mountains they wanted to bring their family & friends somewhere really special & beautiful.

The ceremony took place outdoors in front of the chateau with the breath taking world famous backdrop of the lake & mountains. The reception was held in the grand Victoria Ballroom with massive windows showcasing the incredible view. Not wanting to steal from the natural beauty of the location, the decor was elegant yet simple. The bride absolutely stunned us in her BHLDN dress & a gorgeous & bountiful blush pink rose bouquet. We opted to shoot the couples portraits at dusk to create a more dramatic & not so typical capture of the heavily photographed location.

We asked the Bride what her most memorable moment was, here’s what she had to say —

“If I had to pick (and same with my husband because I just asked him!!) my most memorable moment was hearing his vows. It crystallized the reason we were getting married after 15 years and the reason we were asking everyone to come to this remote location to be with us. I loved his vows very much.”
