TORONTO HIGH PARK WEDDING / ERICA + JAMES

This elegant Toronto High Park Wedding was the perfect celebration for Erica & James’ Special Day. Originally they had planned a larger event, however when COVID came into play, they decided to plan for a more intimate celebration & truly it made for such a wonderful charming wedding. We were so honoured to share this experience with this incredible couple & their closest.

We spent some time in the alleys behind Roncesvalles using the trendy Toronto Graffiti walls as a backdrop & we couldn’t have a Toronto High Park wedding without hitting up the sidewalk along Ronceys & stopping in front of some landmark locations! Like the old timey romantic vibes in front of the Revue Cinema as well as the colourful She Said Boom Books & Record Store. We then enjoyed a beautiful ceremony & reception in their very sweet backyard in this beautiful neighbourhood in Toronto’s west end. A Toronto High Park Wedding of our dreams.

It’s important we take a minute here to talk about this gorgeous gown & Crown! Erica found this dream Elavonza dress at the incredible Oh Happy Brides shop, also a west end goodie! & the crown at Victoria Percival. They were just perfect for her & we are at maximum obsession level about it.

“What was THE most memorable part of your High Park Wedding Day?”

E+J’s answer –

“It’s hard for us to pick a certain moment because the whole day was so special. What stands out is having our wedding during a pandemic, which caused us to change locations. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise since we ended up getting married in the backyard of James’s family home, the same place where he proposed, creating even more happy memories here.“
